CAN I JUST TALK TO SOMEONE?!

What is happening in the Beverly/Morgan Park/Mount Greenwood/Blue Island area?! I can't connect to an agent, the assistant just useless, and it's been a week of continuous interruptions. This is beyond absurd. I ask for text updates & they only provide updates half the time. I can't find any information or get anyone to explain what's going on. My wife works from home, we rely on the Internet. This is completely unacceptable for the amount of money we spend. Someone help me out please.

I just spent 30 minutes trying to get in touch with a real person. Can someone please help me? This is ludicrous.

The easiest way to keep track of the interruptions would be online or through our Xfinity App. The estimated time for resolution will be listed there, and you can request credit after the interruption is resolved using the same website. Are you currently experiencing a disconnection?
