Can I get Internet Essentials

Hello,

I’m a low-income single mother of three children living in Fresno, CA. I previously had Internet Essentials through Xfinity and received the ACP (Affordable Connectivity Program) discount. Since the ACP ended, my monthly bill increased from $25 to $98, which I cannot afford.

I rely on internet access for my children’s education and our household needs. I am currently enrolled in SNAP, Medi-Cal, and CalWORKs, and I meet the eligibility requirements for Internet Essentials or Internet Essentials Plus.

I respectfully request to be reinstated on one of these affordable plans. I am also asking for a hardship exception to the 90-day rule, as I am currently an active Xfinity customer and cannot be without service.

Please let me know how I can move forward to reduce my bill and remain on a low-income internet plan. I can provide documentation upon request.

Thank you for your time and support.

user_4h0ogq Welcome to our community forum! Thank you for reaching out so we can discuss options to keep your household connected at a price that's budget-friendly. Customers can apply for Internet Essentials or Internet Essentials Plus if they haven’t had Xfinity Internet service within the last 90 days.
I'd like to review your account and discuss options that work for you. Please send a direct message by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, click on the pen and paper icon, then enter “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section. Include your name and address so I can find the account and get started on a resolution.
