Can I get an XI6 replaced with an XG1V4?

@Xfinity Support Just setup new service and got an XI6 as my primary/only X1 DVR.   It gets put into a very bad WiFi  coverage closet location where a previous DVR was (there is a coax outlet there).  I have previously had an XG1V4 and would really prefer a swap if at all possible.

I am told you can also plug those boxes into Ethernet. However, there is no reason you can't swap that box for a XG1v4.

I know it can be done which is why I’m hoping @Xfinity Support will try to help me and order one.   There are other reasons I prefer that device over the Xi6 as I have had one in the past.
