Can I file a complaint for the horrible customer service I had?

When I pay for a service, I expect to receive prompt and effective customer support. Unfortunately, my experience with Xfinity has been incredibly disappointing. I waited for over 30 minutes for a code, and I never received it. This level of service is unacceptable.

Hello, @user_0ml0hw thank you for taking time to create a post here over Xfinity Forums. You've contacted the right place for assistance and can forward feedback on your experience. We're always looking for ways to improve as a company and appreciate when getting information on where we can improve. I did want to help get the proper expectations set up that when working with employees here over Xfinity Forums or Reddit support there may be delays between response times and will reply as quickly as possible. When reaching out to us here, the communications work more like email than an instant message. 

Since I'd need to gather some information that we don't want in our public conversation to send feedback, when you have time could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address?

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Press Enter to send it
