Can I delay shut off services or get extra time to pay bill?

Having some issues this month with money due to work related issues, right now I have to pay $199 before Sept 23 or I get shut off. Not sure if I can meet that deadline. Can perhaps I get some sort of extension to get this, might need a few more weeks, I know right behind that is another bill that is due.  Just looking for some help here, been a 20 plus year customer, just struggling a bit right now. Any feedback or help would be appreciated.

Hi there @artemis69. Thanks for reaching out. I hope your Monday is going well. If you need more time to pay your bill and you’re eligible to do so, you’ll see a banner on the Billing page of My Account that lets you know the latest date you can pay by.

 

If you have trouble with that, we can definitely help review options to keep you up and running. Could you first do me the favor of initiating a chat to Xfinity Support providing your full name and address? To begin a chat, please click the chat icon in the top right of the page. Search for Xfinity Support, if needed.
