Can anyone send me a transcript of my last two conversations with the chat agents?

Can anyone send me a transcript of my last two chats with the virtual chat agents? One agent told me that she could change my bill back to where it was previously since I am a student, but it didn’t happen and my bill went up still. The second agent said they couldn’t do anything about my bill being higher, only lowering my data will make my bill go lower. I feel like if the agent promised to bring my food down then Xfinity should stand on that and bring my bill down because they made the promise.
