Can anyone fix my internet. Because the Tier 1 India guys are not doing the needful.

I was upgraded for free to the 2000mbps service in July 2024. It has been a nightmare ever since. They had head equipment issues with 25% of the USA infrastructure providing that 2000mbps to customers. It took then 10 weeks before they got a firmware update from the vendor. I got back on the service in November 2024 and it went from 325mbps max to 1300 mbps and that are my top end tests to my modem. My modem is currently being switched out for the 3rd time since November 2024. I have had Comcast Business, line techs, area managers and countless appointments and STILL SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. Calling India Tier 1 techs is useless. They never do the needful. Can I get some real help. I currently have an escalation, but the comcast rep has been down with his service for a week now and I cannot get a hold of anyone. He must have Comcast service. I need this fixed. You want to know why Comcast has such a bad rep, because people like me are telling you that your equipment is broke and no one cares.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

kevinc9443 Good morning! We appreciate you taking the time to reach out to our Xfinity Forums Team regarding your services. We certainly don't want you feel that's not important to us to get your services working. I can see how this would be a frustrating situation. I'd be happy to take a closer look into what's going on with your services, and determine what the next best step in getting your services working properly. To begin, can you please send a Direct Messae with your name, the service address, and any previous tickets you would like to share?

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
