Can an old customer get a "new customer" deal??? Can anyone help me?
As a long time comcast subscriber (in my current market since 2015 and in the Nashville market since 2000), I really need to save some $ on my bill. As a long time consumer, it seems that I am not eligible for any of the new customer deals. I tried the "retention chat," but NONE of my browsers will allow that pop up window even after I cleared cookies & cache and tried on a Mac. And the person I spoke w today via phone was UNhelpful; basically told me that I could not downgrade my internet speed (which would save me $) because that would violate my contract. She offered ZERO real solutions and I thought comcast was trying to turn the corner on customer service. If anyone could help me out, I'd so appreciate it as we are close to spending $200 a month and we don't rent any equipment... Please help and thank you.
