Can a senior official contact me about the repeated outages and maintenances during the day in my area?
I am at the end of my rope with the almost daily outages and disruptions with Xfinity's internet. Then to add insult to injury, Xfinity customer service is the worst I have experience. People cannot speak English, a phone system that I had to block because it has called me over 20 times even after I selected an option indicating my issue was resolved. It calls and leaves messages in Spanish. I mean, my God. What are you people doing? I want a senior-level person from Xfinity, someone with the letters V and P in their title to call me so that they can hear first-hand just how awful the experience has been with Xfinity. This is disgraceful.

Hello @user_zjk1mc welcome to Xfinity Forums for help with your service. We understand how inconvenient interruptions are and for any planned maintenance we do try to plan this on off-peak hours. However, if you are experiencing this repeatedly, there may be additional issues our field techs may have encountered. We can certainly check more details on these tickets. Feel free to send us a direct message with your full name and service address to get started.
• Make sure you are signed in here in the Xfinity Forum. Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (square chat icon in the upper right corner of your screen next to the bell icon)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
