Cameras- along with [Edited] “customer service”
I have been a long time customer and have asked nothing from your company until now. Last Friday some [Edited: "Inflammatory"] on the other end of the phone decided it would have been a good idea to wipe out my wifi from my router and create a new one. In light of that my “old style” cameras were no long able to reconnect ever again according to the technician that came out. These cameras worked and performed perfectly as they should. I shouldn’t be held accountable for xfinity causing this issue and on top of that no longer supporting this tech. I will not be purchasing new cameras and will be going to AT&T if you guys don’t make this right by supply the cameras at no cost. I’ve spoke with people on your [Edited: "Language"] customer service line getting to 7 people and all of them telling me I’m sorry but you have to buy new cameras and there is ZERO they can do to help me. I will give a week for someone to get in contact with me. If not I’ll be going to AT&T and would be fooling as a company to allow that.
