Calling y’all

I’ve been trying to reach someone by phone ALL morning. I am new to Xfinity mobile. I ordered a phone to come In the mail but it’s coming too late. can I pick it up locally today? My old phone gets turned off today and I have tried to call fed ex and you all.

You can only change an order within 30 minutes of placing it, however if you received your order email you may be able to update the delivery. We would not be able to have you pick up locally without sending a new phone as the other one is already being sent out. 

 

We can always doublecheck the order for you here through direct message: 

 

  • Make sure you are signed in here in the Xfinity Forum. Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message" icon (square chat icon in the upper right corner of your screen next to the bell icon)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
