calling xfinity

I really don't like calling xfinity because I always get "someone" who doesn't speak English. It's either garbaled or "they" are very hard to understand. It sure would be nice to talk to an American. Or having to press the "number 5" for a example to speak to a American that speaks English. Like when you make a call to a company there's an option to select Spanish. e.g "Por favor presione cinco para español". "Those people" who doesn't speak English correctly and is VERY HARD to understand shouldn't be in customer service. 

I recall years ago I would call Comcast, or (any company for that matter) I always talk to an American.

It's very frustrating!

No need to apologize. Just screen the employees better by their ability to communicate in English before hiring.
