Calling Xfinity automated system
I have to call xfinity about once a month, and it INFURIATES me to no end that the automated system refers to me by my first name. Let alone that I'm talking to a robot, what happened to MR? Perhaps I'm being a little vain about this, but I would rather not be called anything at all. I don't even talk to that thing I just press numbers. Is there a way to change this?
