calling for service - continued disconnection
I call with specific issues but their prompt system does not recognize my issues. It doesn't understand "technical support" as they won't connect you unless they recognize your issue. They just hang up. As a "Diamond member" I am very put off from this and considering changing services due to terrible answering system.
