caller asking for the code in a text sent to me

I got a call, local number, and the caller knew my name.  They called and even read an offical script on xfinity security.  they said they can review my bill and save me move.   i then got a text  from xfinity (same as other xfinity texts) asking for the code on the texts.  I said no and they politely hung up.

I am assuming scam and reported number.  but I am worried they knew my name AND somehow got a valid text to phone via xfinity

@XfinityAnthonyT​ Thanks.  I called support and they were helpful enough (saw nothing on my account - reported info I gave them - changed pwd).  Would a DM to XFINITY SUPPORT do anything in addition?
