Call Trace

I have a landline service with Xfinity.  I used call trace, *57 for a crank call I received.   A few days ago I spoke with someone at [Edited: "Unverified Phone Number"].  She told me to fax her the information at a fax number she gave me and she would get back with me with the phone number who called me.  I sent her the fax with the information she requested, but I haven't heard back from her.  I also left her two voice mail messages since then and still no response.  So I want her to call me back with the information she told me she would get for me.

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble caused by that phone call, and I'd like to see what our Digital Care Team can do to help. We're a great resource to have as experts in all areas of your account that can escalate concerns if and when necessary. First, I'd like to receive some clarification. The number (which we edited out for privacy purposes) - how were you provided that number and the other one to fax? Have you been working with another team of ours, such as the Customer Security Assurance (CSA) team, by chance?

First I contacted Comcast legal response center.  I think they contacted Ms. W who called me.

Then she gave me a fax number to fax her the information about the crank call I received.
