user_pj79rw Thank you for confirming. If you were successful in redeeming the offer already and had a code issued, the redemption information would be in your Xfinity member rewards history; it would be under my activity. It stays with your account so you can use codes at a later time.
Be sure you are logging in as the primary user; all other users would not have the same access to your membership rewards.
