Call me

I can’t get the interactive system to work. It will not send me a number to contact an agent. It just keeps resetting my system. It’s been well over an hour. I have unplugged my system. No more resetting. I work from home and can’t get connect to the VPN. My IT says Xfinity is blocking it. Call me please!

We provide our support here on our forums, if you prefer to speak on the phone, we do have phone support available. As far as VPN is concerned, we do not block VPN connectivity. It sounds like you are having a tunneling error, does your company offer various connecting service points? I would advise trying a different paired server.

@XfinityThomasB​ my IT gave me a list of things to verify. If you tell me where to actually call that I can talk to someone I will do it. Or call me. I am just sitting here in front of my computer.
