call center people promise items and don't follow through and then say i knew about them
I am so frustrated with this company that after 28 years of being a loyal customer i get teh run around and they drop services but tell me nothing will change till i find out i don't have one of the service since the last update that they convinced me to do. I am so do being betrayed i will find other options. I suggest they go back and listen to some of the calls and support what their people are selling.
