Call center complaint

What is a customer care number that I can call or email for complaints and to get calls pulled from the centers. I'm beyond aggravated with this company! I have spent hours on the phone getting my billing straightened out just to talk to the next person because it is still showing the same and i continue to get disconnected after speaking with a representative. I really do wish that these call centers actually put notes on account like they say they do.

   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it
