Call back is dropped now I have to wait again for another one
You have all kinds of illegal [Edited: Language] going on here. I just saw my increase. Any option will be better than this. If I don’t get a call back I will definitely be looking into all options. How do you call people back then say your systems are slow for 15 minutes and you can’t bring up packages because of it??? Then put me back on a different hold where mobile picks up then throws me back into a cue like as if I called in and now has to start over????
