@XfinityMarcus The :: Service Outage Map :: link doesn't work on the computer or the app via my phone. I've also rebooted all devices (i.e. TV, Cable Box, Modem and PHONE). lol
@XfinityMarcus Outage map won't load, can't get the support page to load online either. Can't reach anyone when calling. Is Xfinity even aware of an outage and is it being worked on? Your message seems to indicate Xfinity is not taking this outage seriously.
must be a national outage. i'm in california and it seemed to start around the same time people started posting about it here. i can't access their support pages nor can i call them. when I call it just says welcome to verizon, your call can't be completed as dialed

must be a national outage. i'm in california and it seemed to start around the same time people started posting about it here. i can't access their support pages nor can i call them. when I call it just says welcome to verizon, your call can't be completed as dialed
