skintime It looks like you are having some issues accessing your Xfinity services as part of an ongoing service disruption in the area. I can’t even get the outage map to even load for me. Or the chat to try to reach a live agent.

@XfinityMarcus​ The :: Service Outage Map :: link doesn't work on the computer or the app via my phone. I've also rebooted all devices (i.e. TV, Cable Box, Modem and PHONE). lol

@XfinityMarcus​ Outage map won't load, can't get the support page to load online either.  Can't reach anyone when calling.  Is Xfinity even aware of an outage and is it being worked on?  Your message seems to indicate Xfinity is not taking this outage seriously.

must be a national outage.  i'm  in california and it seemed to start around the same time people started posting about it here.  i can't access their support pages nor can i call them.  when I call it just says welcome to verizon, your call can't be completed as dialed
