Cables

Hi, I’m switching to Quantum Fiber and would like to have the unused Comcast/Xfinity cables removed from my house. I’d like to remove the exterior cable lines and any old exterior boxes that Xfinity is responsible for removing. Can you please submit a maintenance request and let me know what can be removed?

We’d be happy to take a closer look at the lines and equipment at your home and determine what options are available for removal. Would you mind providing a screenshot of the cables in question?

Yes, I can absolutely provide photos of the exterior cables. If there’s something more specific, let me know. I don’t see a way to attach a photo here. Is there an email address I should use?
