Cables removed from pole

A pole in front of our house was damaged in a car accident. Cumberland Electric has moved power lines to a new pole but they said Comcast would have to remove their cables before they can remove the pole. The broken pole is dangerous and needs to be taken down.

I’m curious to know if this has, in fact, been taken care of yet? I’m facing a similar issue and have received no help from xfinity despite hours spent on the phone with them.
