Cables on my property

I have several large cables running across the back of my property that need to be removed.  They are servicing other homes.  Who do I contact?  My property is in Washington DC

Hello @user_kxtn0p Are the cables currently low or causing a hazard? If the cables are part of an easement on the property servicing other houses they may not be able to be fully removed. But if they are currently causing a hazard in some way we can come get them setup better.

@XfinityMatthew

yes, the cables are crossing over the back of my house and impeding on my property. I am installing an awning which would bump up against the cables.  There is also a chunk of the cables connected to the back of my home, which need to be moved.  All these Cable service the neighbors homes

Thank you for letting us know where these cables are,

user_kxtn0p. We'd love to assist in resolving this concern for you, so you can set up that new awning without any safety concerns from the cable.
