Cables need buried
Hello, I am on the HOA board in my community and we have received complaints about cables being a tripping hazard. I put in a service request on my address. Someone came out to look and said it would be escalated, but nothing has been done. It’s been a week could I please have a status update? I was also wondering if there was a service representative contact name and number I could have for community concerns. Thank you.

Thank you for reaching out. I hope you are doing well today. I see that there is a line in the neighborhood that is causing concerns. Additionally, you've submitted a request to have it reviewed and repaired. I understand we went out to inspect the line, but no work has been completed. I'll be glad to review the order on my end and provide some clarity. To get started, please send me a direct message with your full name and service address.
