Cables are not buried

I just got my internet connected and someone came today to bury the cables. I just got a message saying that the cables are buried, but they are NOT. The guy left without burying the cables but marked the job complete.

There is no customer service to call. Stupid Xfinity assistance is worthless because it doesn't understand.

What the heck!! What do I do now? How would I get in touch with a human???

Cable in the front of my house has still not been buried. I crosses my driveway and runs down the side walk.it is getting to be summertime and people are walking on the sidewalk in places the cable is on the sidewalk and someone is going to trip and y’all are going to be liable! It has been unburied for more than 7 months. This is absolutely ridiculous. I am ready to go with a different provider that can at least bury there cable.
