Cable/Fence Damage

Greetings. I'm resorting to forums because I saw no relevant category in the standard customer support portal. 

The week of February 25, 2026--if not that exact date--workers laid a cable through our yard. The integrity of our border fence/gate was compromised as a result. It's been uprooted and there's a notable tilt in the gate that wasn't present before. This is particularly concerning because our neighbor breeds large dogs, and any rough contact might cause them to break through. I can provide images upon request.
