CableCARD reactivation

I inadvertantly 'removed' one of my CableCARDs from my account during the process of upgrading our internet plan. I have one that is working fine, and one that says 'validation needed'. I just spent 2 hours in a chat session, and she was trying hard, but was unable to reactivate it. It was working fine up until the day I removed it from the account. I don't need a new one. I don't want a different box. I just need to reactivate one of my CableCARDs. Can any employee get me in touch with the CableCARD department? They were fantastic a couple years ago when I initially got the cards and activated them. Thanks.

Good afternoon @user_yinsi1. We no longer provide support for cable cards, so our team will be unable to assist in your reactivation request. If you would like, we can explore options to upgrade your cable card to a cable box so you can continue to have TV service. Please let us know how you would like to proceed.
