user_bdrada Thank you so much for reaching out for help with your box not coming on. If your box is currently offline and not powering on, a signal would not work. If your box is not powering on, I would start by unplugging the box from the power for a few moments and plugging it back in. If it is still not turning on, try a different power outlet. If the box is still not powering on, it may need to be swapped out for a new one. We have a few options to exchange your box for a new one. The fastest option would be to take the current box to one of our Xfinity locations, but let us know so we can help look up locations for you and other options.
