You should be able to use your Cable TV and Comcast email address without being subscribed to Xfinity Internet. If you have an X1 cable box, you may lose access to some features like Internet-streamed content in the Xfinity Sports app, and paid Internet Subscription Video On Demand (iSVOD) channels like A&E Crime Central On Demand, Hallmark+ On Demand, Music Choice Karaoke On Demand, etc. If you are subscribed to any of those channels, you would need to resubscribe through the native app, but everything else should remain functional.
As far as your Comcast email is concerned, you just need to remain active and ensure you are logging in on a regular basis. You can find more details about the activity policy here: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/email-activity
