Cable wires are you hanging down?

I have been trying to get a hold of somebody. My cable wires are hanging down. Box is not even hooked onto the house. There is a big pole that they’re hooked to. It’s going to fall and I’m going to sue you because I have been trying and trying to get a hold of somebody to come and do something about these wires. I think I might go ahead and talk to a lawyer. I have been trying and trying to get a hold of you.
