Good Morning, @Zone-1! Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to us here on the Xfinity Forums. With the Drop Bury, there is typically not a specific date as our team works through the orders. The process can take 14-30 days depending on permitting or any delays that might happen like emergencies or weather. You can find all the details here. Can you share with us how long ago the order was submitted?

Good afternoon, @Zone-1 I hope your day is going well so far, and wanted to check in with you here to see if happened to see the direct messages we have sent?

The local leadership team has let us know they need you to sign a document before the permit can get issued. When you have time can you check to see if received the communication, and then follow back up in the direct message. I look forward to hearing back from you.
