Cable wire line down schedule technician

Hello,

The exterior cable line to my home has fallen and service is down. 
The automated assistant and phone system have not allowed me to schedule a repair.

The cable drop from the pole to the house appears to be down and may be a hazard.

Please open a maintenance ticket and schedule a technician.
