cable wire laying across yard

Power lines and cable run diagonally across my property. The xfinity cable was hit by a branch, did not break, but the splitter detached from the power pole. The cable is laying in my yard for about 100 feet. I've had many techs out, spoken with supervisors and agents. I've been told 6-8 different times that someone will come and fix the problem. This has been going on since March. What else can I do to get this problem fixed? I have to mow around the cable wire!

@user_8d01bd Thank you so much for your patience throughout this process. I am glad to hear that one of our technicians was able to get this repaired. Because it was a main line, we had to get our construction crew involved. I do want to provide you a heads-up that there is more work to be done, but you shouldn't have to worry about fallen cables anymore. Take care, and thank you for being a part of Xfinity!

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

I am sorry this has taken so long to get resolved. If you dont mind me asking, what did our techs state when they came out?

@XfinityKorie Pretty much they all said, "Wow, that's not good. But I can't fix it. I'll put in a ticket for maintenance to take care of it." A few times a tech came out and I wasn't home (I was told I did NOT have to be home) and the tech just left. I've NEVER received a call back.

I can upload pics when I get home in a few hours.
