CABLE WIRE LAYING ACROSS MY LAWN

We had service installed at our new home 3 weeks ago and no one has come back out to bury the cable line, now I need to cut the grass but I am unable to because of this cable and I cannot get a physical person on the phone to get this resolved. It's only a matter of time before someone gets hurt or we lose service as a result of this.... DO BETTER XFINITY!

Thanks for reaching out to us and joining the Xfinity family. I do apologize if no ones came back out to bury the cable line that we installed. Go ahead and send me a direct message including your first and last name and complete service address that way we could set up a work order for a tech to come out and bury the cable line.

 

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
