Cable wire down

We had a bad snow storm and lost cable/internet connection. I called xfinity

to report it and have had difficulty getting it repaired. We checked the wire coming from the house and noticed it was disconnected and wrapped around the neighbors fence across the street near the pole. They give me appointments and no one shows up.

Very frustrating…any suggestions?
