Cable utility box cover is broken and needs to be replaced

Cable utility cover for our HOA community is broken. The last workers extended cables outside the box and the cover no longer fits. All cables have been exposed to the weather and animals for months. I contacted you months ago and you opened and closed a ticket without doing anything. Please help.
