MJC-1 Good morning to you! Thank you for creating a post and for reaching out to us on our Xfinity Forums for help with the cable TV service. I'm so sorry that the service has been so poor for us. I know the frusturations it can create when you are not able to enjoy the service as you would like.
I would love to help and get things working the way they should be. 
Are you missing channels or is there an error code when trying to watch a program?
