I have spent over 2 hours on the phone trying to revise my plan, retaining my current channels yet felt I deserved a loyalty discount for being with xfinity for over 35 years. I am left now with no channels other than 4,5,7,11 and 13. I have done much research and believe I am Platinum and deserve the highest discount including an equipment rental discount.
i have research researched other options and have an amazon fire stick and have found I can get my specific channels in the 600’s and the Mariner station for Just over $100 a month and internet at 45-65 per month. I too can get my landline for $6. All being said my husband and I are retired and appreciate your service but can no longer afford it. I would appreciate a response asap so I can move forward ….we are basically left with nothing right now and will be paying $268 per month.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon in the top right corner
Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
