Cable tv

My cable is off three or four times a week for the last three years. If I had another option besides Xfinity, I would have already taken it. All I get is lip service, and apologies and it just continues.

Out of Curiosity, Why is your Greeting in Spanish and French? Maybe that’s part of the problem, a translation issue, I’m not being understood

I guess it’s partially my fault since I should’ve had a clue when he ran the cable across the ground

@user_ie6d6v We have not received a direct message from you. Please send us a direct message with your full name and service address and we would be happy to help you.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
