Hello @user_2ie47n, thank you for taking the time to leave a post. Sorry to hear that you’re experiencing issues with your cable service. I know how frustrating it can be when you’re just trying to relax and enjoy some TV time. Have you had a chance to try a couple of quick troubleshooting steps? Unplug the power cord from the cable box for about 30 seconds, then plug it back in to allow it to reboot. Check all cable connections going into the box to make sure everything is firmly secured.

All the troubleshooting guidelines have been done and the issue continues.    Is the cable box the problem?

Can I take it to an xfinity store to exchange ?
