I know how frustrating it can be when you’re just trying to relax and enjoy some TV time. Have you had a chance to try a couple of quick troubleshooting steps? Unplug the power cord from the cable box for about 30 seconds, then plug it back in to allow it to reboot. Check all cable connections going into the box to make sure everything is firmly secured.
