Cable trip hazard

My neighbor has his cable going down the sidewalk, across my driveway and to his house. Xfinity is responsible for this rigged set up. Nearly 3 months of this trip hazard and the cable is starting to fray from being driven over daily. I am contacting the city of Alpharetta, GA to file a formal complaint against Xfinity.

Hello Dgrheath, thank you for bringing this to our attention. We do not want anyone potentially tripping and being injured. The cable can be fixed or replaced easily, people take longer and are not as easy to fix. I will happily report this and request the line be moved/buried.

Good luck. They buried my cable today after about 6-8 wks... the tech left me a gift on my curb after finishing- an empty LARGE WHITE CLAW WATERMELON can!
