Cable through my sewer
Miami Dade Water and Sewer finally found my sewer issue. I live here 4 years. Every two -three months snaking my sewer line and always toward the street. The problem towards the house. MDWS broke the side walk into the street 2 months ago. We had a camara sent down the pipe and there is a black pipe that was installed and buried going through my sewer. Right under my concrete driveway. Comcast service team has sent three inside technicians. I need an underground technician and permits to dig. Please help.

How do I get the underground dig crew, to remove the cable pipe that’s services my neighbor(s) out of my sewer line. It’s causing plumbing backup into my house. Service has sent three indoor techs.

I'm sure you'd rather be spending your Friday working on something else, but I will do all that I can to help you. I want to make sure we get on the same page from the start, that way we take the best approach right away. To confirm, you don't have service with us? Were the techs that visited your home able to confirm the black pipe was owned by Xfinity?
