Cable signal freezing and billing issues.

I've been trying to get a hold of a human to talk to regarding my cable signal that freezes every night and weekends. Unluss I speak with a real person, the computer can't understand what I'm saying becuase there is no option.  Also need to talk to a human about my bill, but all I get is texts that do not help. This is very ridiculous. The options given are very limited and controlled. So you can never get the right answer to fix a problem. I don't want a tech sent and get charged for something that is mostly a Comcast problem.

Rest assured you came to the right place, we are here to help. Just so we know what has been done so far and so we don't repeat steps, have you attempted any resets or system refreshes in attempt to see if those help in restoring your service to a more stable point?
