Cable service termination

I am cancelling my cable service and any additional paid channels and/or services. 

I may elect to continue the Xfinity internet service at 500mbps if  the price is competitive with the other local providers. I do not rent any Xfinity equipment so am looking for a price per month for a stand alone 500mbps internet service with no other features or services that add cost.

My current billing cycle ends on the 7th of the month. Please cease all cable services immediately. Internet may remain active pending a potential agreement between Xfinity and me. If there is no outreach from Xfinity to resolve the internet strategy then cease that service at the close of this billing cycle on or before the 7th of January 2025.

I would have preferred to do  this business with a human but that seems to be problematic for Xfinity. This message then is the formal notice to quit the cable portion of my services immediately and to either resolve with me whether Xfinity will continue to provide internet service to me or, if not, terminate it at the close of this billing cycle.
