cable service goes out intermittently
Good evening,
I have done the refresh twice, checked all connections, etc. numerous times, and still the cable service goes out every 2 or 3 hours. Nothing has been moved, changed and the internet service still works fine...just the cable TV. Furthermore, I just had a service call about a month or so ago (still not happy being charged for that as it was an external issue) - replaced cables, cable box, remote, and it worked fine for a few weeks. Now I just want to know why it seems to go out all of the sudden. It is not the TV, as other HDMI ports work with other inputs.
We started service in August 2021 and had almost zero issues until about 2 months ago. Please let me know there is something you can do (without charging my account again).
I appreciate the virtual customer service for simple questions, but to explain an issue like this with a automated system is futile.
I would also appreciate if the service charge from this current bill could be adjusted or credited on next month's bill. It's getting frustrating.
Thank you again.

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? Our team can most definitely take a further look at this issue. To send a "Peer to peer" ("Private") message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it

@XfinityXavier: Please take note: "Peer to peer chat" and the "Peer to peer chat" icon were renamed "Direct Messaging" over a year ago. You are directing the poster to use something which, under the name you have given, no longer exists. Surely it's time to update your long outdated wording.
