Cable Safety Issue Unresolved
It has been four months of trying to get the same issue resolved by Xfinity. We had a broken internet tap and a technician ran a temporary cable from our neighbor’s tap to our tap to give us internet. We were told someone else would come out and fix our tap. No one showed up, and after we called and made another appointment the technician said that the line needed to be permanent and he would schedule an appointment with the dig crew for us. That was several months ago, and no one has showed up. We have called Xfinity dozens of times and every time the same thing happens. They schedule us an appointment and either send out the wrong technician who cannot bury the cable, or no one has shown up at all. This has been extremely frustrating and disappointing, as I have been a customer with Xfinity for several years now. The cable runs all the way across a shared back yard and is a huge tripping hazard for both us and our neighbors. Our ticket has been marked as “resolved” and closed when it obviously has not been. PLEASE address this safety issue as soon as possible. Thank you.
