Cable runs right past tree that needs removing
I'm soon to have a tree removed from my front yard, I've had blue stakes mark everything, and the cable line runs right past the tree. If the tree is removed it'll probably rip up the cable line. Can I have the line rerun now or is it best to schedule either when the tree is removed or afterwards?

Not sure if this is the right place to ask this - At the time I brought this up, there was plenty of activity - someone came out to mark the line, then someone came out to apparently just look at it, then I was given a scheduled appointment and work completed by date - both June 10th. I've checked on the status and the only reply I get is "if there are no delays it can still take up to 14 business days from the date a tech places the order for the work to be completed." Not sure what that completely means, as the order for the work was put in more than a month ago. If it means from the appointment, I guess I've got until 29th of June, which seems odd as that would mean the appointment isn't really an appointment.
Can I get some reassurance that this order hasn't been forgotten?
Thanks
